T/T (30% in advance & 70% balance against B/L copy) or Irrevocable L/C at sight

1) We have specialized QC department to control the quality, and we also accept the third official government to inspect the cargoes before delivery.
2) We have all detailed records for nonconformity products, then we will make summary according to these records, avoid it happen again.
6.Can I get samples? Can you help me with my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
1) Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items, and have made OEM and ODM items for our customers. We can develop for you according to your idea or design drawing, also can give you professional suggestions to make your product better.
2) Sample time is about 7-15 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product. But, usually, we can refund when order confirm.
7.How do you pack the product?
We generally use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks; if customers have specific requirement, you need to let us know them before we make any quotation to you.
8.What is the production leading time?
It will take about 30-40days after we receive your order deposit.
9. If the goods are damaged after receipt, how to deal with?

10.How to do OEM&ODM?
